I haven’t written here in a while — not because I’ve been away from the studio, but because life has been, in the best possible way, full.
Between book projects, commissioned artwork, my day job, and precious time spent with my grandchildren, I’ve simply had little time to blog or post about my work. That’s not a complaint — just an honest reflection on a season of creativity behind the scenes.
But recently, I’ve felt a gentle pull back toward sharing. Not in the noisy, scattershot way I once tried — through Facebook, Etsy, or paid ads — but intentionally, quietly, and directly with those who’ve chosen to follow along here.
This space — my Substack — will now be the only place I share new works, studio reflections, and paintings for sale.
🖼 What’s Happening in the Studio?
I’ve continued painting throughout, selling original work directly and often to returning collectors — especially since quietly raising my prices. It’s reaffirmed my belief that original, one-off abstract pieces still matter in a world overrun with copies and prints.
So yes — I still only paint originals. No prints. No duplicates. Just one-of-a-kind, deeply layered, textured paintings — each created in its own moment, never to be repeated.

I’ll write here perhaps once a month — to share new work, occasional thoughts from the studio, and glimpses into my creative process.
No social media push. No Etsy storefront. Just this direct, personal channel between you and me and a subtle nod to some of my available works.
